1. How long will my order take to arrive?

2. Prices variations

Due to potential changes in shipping fees, the final price of your order may differ from the price at the time you place it. If this happens during the 1–3 day order processing period, we will contact you to inform you of the price change before finalizing and shipping that order.

 

3. Canadian Customers – Customs & Import Duty Notice

Most of our items ship from overseas and are delivered under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means customs duties or taxes may be charged upon delivery, depending on your order value and Canadian regulations.

These fees are not included at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We’re working on offering DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to simplify this process and will update you once it’s available.
